WALK30 is a friendly competition designed to encourage and inspire everyone to establish a daily walking routine, promoting overall health and wellness. This initiative aims to strengthen community connections and encourages a reevaluation of our transportation habits.
The objective is for participants to walk for 30 minutes daily over a span of 30 days, tracking their progress. The goal is to identify which municipality, organization, and individuals across Metro Vancouver can accumulate the highest total minutes of walking. This effort provides them with the opportunity to win exciting prizes generously provided by local businesses.
